The Dirty Bones Restaurant Review

Shoreditch, London, 05-09-2016

As you know, we love good food, so naturally we were thrilled when our friends at the Dirty Bones invited us to their friends and family opening.

The purpose of a soft opening is to train your staff, work our your rhythm and ultimately prepare your kitchen, bar and floor team to work together.

It’s a great practice, but it was evident these guys had it down before we got there. The reservation and front of house team were lovely, as always, the bar team was super cool, as always and the service staff were down to earth and efficient, as always.

This is a great location for the brand, really tying to their grungy brand and urban ethos.

We were invited for brunch and it didn’t disappoint. We chose the egg skillet with a side of wild mushrooms for the veggie among us, and the chicken and waffles with their amazing egg fries for the not-so-veggie at the table.

The cocktails were perfectly mixed and the buzzing atmosphere was slightly electric.

All in all it was a hit and the team will be returning soon to grab some cocktails at he bar!
