Welcoming cracked tiles on the exterior of the venue.

Paesan Kitchen & Bar claimes its name from its Italian translation which means ‘peasant’.  Peasant food is the origin of good healthy food, that Italians would have eaten when working the land in the countryside. Wholesomeness is at the heart of the food offer and extended into our Look and Feel.

Paesan Kitchen & Bar concentrates on the Italian philosophy where nothing is wasted. We drew this into our design of the 100m2 dining space, using raw materials that reflect the cost-effective and honest qualities of the food offer.

The venue is set over two floors. The ground floor is a 60 seat intimate space under cellar arches. We installed a timber-clad bar with salvaged lighting at its back.

The stripped-back interior embraces the building’s original features with exposed brickwork and structural steels which are complimented by timbers and tiling.
